As a former Grithaus client, Bea loved the results-driven, yet fun-loving team and the high-quality results they deliver. Having worked in the media technology industry for over 25 years, in a range of roles from technical training to presales, reaching the marketing C-suite, Bea was looking for a change in career direction. After a brief, introspective break, and through her passion for telling great stories, she naturally progressed into mentoring leadership teams in young organizations to achieve their dreams. Across her work, she continues to explore and expand into new industry areas.

Bea works closely with the Grithaus team to provide strategic growth advice, including program expansion and client acquisition. She takes on strategic projects for tier 1 clients, collaborating with both Grithaus and customer stakeholders to deliver final outcomes. Her role also includes offering product marketing and sales enablement services, driving innovation and success for our clients.

Outside of work, Bea enjoys time with family, her kids’ happiness being her top priority. She is fascinated by how diverse cultures and backgrounds can bring both personal and professional richness to any situation. More of a reason why being part of the highly diverse Grithaus team feels just right for her.
