Co-founder and managing partner Janice Fahey Dolan is focused on building a creative agency that fosters authenticity, empathy and passion. She believes that the agency’s culture not only defines who they are, it is the fundamental baseline that sets the bar as to what they can achieve together. Leading a team of some of the industry’s most talented creatives, Janice is proud to say that Grithaus brings its personal best to the agency game on everything they do from client campaign excellence to collective citizen action.
